Home Check Gurus spotted this Screen Lanai that was seriously damaged after hurricane Milton. Gurus reported this to the homeowners. Screens on lanais are one of the most common repairs after hurricanes. Homeowners were able to get a jump on the other out of town homeowners.

Home Check Gurus spotted texture from the garage ceiling in a routine Home Check. With further investigation the Gurus noticed water on the floor by the AC unit. The condensation line was clogged and overflowed. The hot summer heat and the water caused the humidity to rise in the garage causing the ceiling texture to start to fall. Home Check Gurus had a routine Check at a local vacant doctors office. Gurus spotted piles of dirt inside the unit. Gurus reported this to the office owners. Due to the Gurus findings the owners had a pest control company come out and treat the office. The issues turned out to be ants in the foundation that were pushing dirt up through the cracks. Problem was resolved.
