Overview
Home Check Gurus LLC provides professional home watch and property monitoring services in Bradenton, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services involve scheduled, in-person visits and time-based service commitments.
Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Payments for Services
Payments may be made in advance for:

Single visits

Monthly service plans

Add-on or concierge services
By purchasing services, the client agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Single Visit Services
Payments for single visits are refundable only if the service has not yet been performed.

If a cancellation request is made prior to the scheduled visit, a full refund may be issued.

Once a visit has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
Monthly Service Plans
Monthly service plans are based on scheduled visits within a billing period.

Clients may cancel their service at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not provided for visits that have already been completed.

If a cancellation occurs mid-cycle, any unused, prepaid visits may be eligible for a prorated refund, at the discretion of Home Check Gurus LLC.
Missed or Rescheduled Visits
If a scheduled visit must be rescheduled due to weather, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances, Home Check Gurus LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete the visit as soon as possible.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
Add-On & Concierge Services
Refund eligibility for add-on services (such as hurricane preparation, post-storm inspections, or coordination services) depends on whether the service has been performed:

Completed services are non-refundable
Service Limitations
Home Check Gurus LLC provides visual home watch services only. We do not perform repairs, licensed inspections, or guarantee the condition of any systems or components.
Refunds will not be issued based on:

Issues that were not visible or observable at the time of service

Conditions that develop after a visit has been completed

Limitations inherent to visual inspections
